I only have 2 large pots to cook in and need to cook for 18-20 teens–are two dutch oven type pots big enough? That’s why I wanted to cook in advance.

Here’s the skinny- my kitchen is in disarray from home improvement projects. I want to make a pasta dish (ie: spiral pasta with sauce and frozen meatballs) in the crock pot, but have no access to my stove/oven. SO I can’t pre boil. I literally need to dump and walk away.

I will be in Denver in late Oct, early Nov and am looking at spending 5-7 days hiking in mountains. Can you reccomend some hikes or parks I could go to? I am an experienced hiker with good stamina, and don’t mind easy scrambles.
