We’re trying to figure out where to go on vacation and we’ve narrowed it down to 2 choices, Paradise Island in the Bahamas or Ocho Rios in Jamaica. Jamaica is the place I think I’d prefer to go, but from the airport to Ocho Rios the ride is about 2 hours. How long does it take to get from the airport in/near nassau to get to paradise island? If the time difference isn’t much then Jamaica might be worth it.

My pool is a 40000 gallon (20X40 feet) below ground swimming pool. It has poor circulation and it is very green. I just bought the house and I have been trying to kill the algae for about a month. The pump sucks from the skimmer, but not from the bottom drain. There are two water jets that feed water into the pool at opposite corners of the pool. Help!

if so, how should i remove them from the swimming pool floor? the pool is approximately 12 feet deep, and the pellets have accumulated themselves in the deep end, right next to the pool’s floor drain.
I do have a vacuum, but one that connects to the skimmer, which then is passed to the filter. however, my concern is that hard plastic pellets may damage the filter. hence the question.

I am having an in-ground swimming pool built. I wonder if the positioning of the light in the jaccuzzi part makes a difference. Does it look any different if facing away from the house (which is the view most will have of it) or toward the house? Will the water just refract the light in every direction anyway? I appreciate feedback from pool builders as well as pool owners.
The main pool light is facing away, but because of it’s shape, it is not facing directly away. Should the two match?
